Arthur here.Have you bought a house in the last 30 years?  Did it have an FHA/HUD ?   If it did, do  you know you may be eligible for a refund on the ?  The average refund is around  $700.00.   That's worth looking into.  Why don't we find out.  With your permission, I will search  the massive HUD data base, absolutely no charge, totally free, on your behalf.  If I find nothing  you pay nothing, we part as friends.  If I find a refund is due I will deliver all the data, the  information necessary, for you to file a claim for the refund yourself.
